CPD2 Ltd have now received many positive comments on this upgraded web site and the growth in use of our “Workshop & Web” approach which is now well established with over 30 clients with many students from both public and private sectors.

High satisfaction levels are obtained with excellent success rates on professional business qualifications including the prestigious Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) courses.

We have now commenced courses meeting the new “Unitised” ILM structures which came into effect on 1 September 2007.The concept is that there are three “nested” qualifications at each NVQ level covering the Award (replacing the Introductory Certificate), Certificate and Diploma. As an example, at Level 3 (First Line Management) the Award requires 5 credits and can be a stand-alone qualification or used to progress to the Certificate (a total of 20 credits) and/or the Diploma (37 credits).

Although we are able to provide Levels 2/3/4/5 qualifications, CPD2 Ltd are now delivering the following four ILM programmes based on feedback from our clients and delegates:

  • Level 3 Award in First Line Management – 4 half day workshops and 3 web-enabled sessions plus a Work-based Assignment and other activities over c. 12 weeks. (5 L3 Credits) A valuable and practical stand-alone qualification or likely progression to the L3 Certificate or the L5 Award

  • Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management - 4 half-day workshops plus 5 full-day sessions, 8 web-enabled sessions and practical work over c.36 weeks (20 L3 credits) The course can be run in c.24 weeks for delegates who hold a ILM L3 Award. An ideal “destination” qualification for middle managers.

  • Level 5 Award in Management - 5 half-day workshops, 4 web-enabled sessions and practical work over c.16 weeks. (10 L5 Credits) A stimulating stand-alone qualification or the first step towards a L5 Diploma.

  • Level 5 Diploma in Management - 6 full day plus 6 half day workshops, 11 web sessions and practical work over c.11 months. (45 L5 credits) A shortened course can be run for delegates with an ILM L5 Award. A challenging higher level “destination” qualification or offering progression to a L7 Executive Diploma or Masters programme.
