Public Sector

CPD2 Ltd have now built up positive position in the Public sector with a particular emphasis on Local Authorities and Housing Associations where the pressure of change, demand for enhanced levels of customer service, central government accountability and value for money are placing heavy pressures on management and staff.

Key clients including Oxfordshire County Council, Oxford City Council have renewed training contracts operating at ILM (Level 3) Certificate in First Line Management and ILM (Level 5) Diploma in Management and find that the Workshop & Web approach works well and is liked by both students and their managers as it minimizes disruption and really adds value personally and to the effectiveness of their departments.

Ealing Homes and A2 Housing are also receiving very positive feedback and generating real-time results from students who apply their learning both in the short-term and also working on more strategic initiatives.

Other clients include Business Link and the CSSC. CPD2 Ltd have relationships with many other Local Authorities and Housing Associations to work in partnership to deliver creative and effective performance improvements.



Private Sector

Working both directly with individual private sector clients and also through funded “umbrella” initiatives, CPD2 Ltd now have a very good track record of working with students from a broad range of backgrounds ranging from micro businesses to large organizations. We always seek to match the background and experience of our tutors and the content of the Workshop & Web programs to the needs that have been identified.

The ILM Level 3 Introductory Certificate in First Line Management has proved particularly successful with delegates ranging from those with no post-school training to students holding MSc and PhD qualifications but having no management training. New initiatives based on student Work-based-Assignments have proved particularly beneficial.
