Available Courses

CPD2 Ltd Workshop & Web programmes, including our ILM Qualification courses, are available as customized “in house” initiatives for clients across the UK plus as open courses in Oxford as part of a partnership initiative with Oxford City Council.

We provide a complete package geared to client needs including set up, invitations, workbooks, trainers and web resources. All we need is a training room at a suitable venue and for delegates to have web access from work and/or home locations. Typical half day workshop times are 0900 for a 0915 start and then run with a morning break until 12.45. Full days start at the same time and run until 1630/1700 dependent on needs.

Currently CPD2 Ltd offer four of the new “Unitised” ILM qualifications including the L3 Award & Certificate plus the L5 Award & Diploma.

The L3 Courses are structured so that the Award can be taken as a “stand alone” qualification or as the first part of a Certificate programme (candidates who hold an Award only have to complete the second part of the Certificate course). The examples shown are based on a mix of ILM Mandatory units plus our own subject selections based on client/delegate feedback and our own experience - they can be customised to meet specific needs as required.




ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management
4 half-day workshops, 3 web-enabled sessions and practical work over c.12 weeks. (5 L3 Credits) 		ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management
4 half-day workshops plus 5 full-day sessions, 8 web-enabled sessions
and practical work over c.36 weeks (20 L3 credits) The course can be run in c.24 weeks for delegates who hold an ILM L3 Award.



ILM Level 5 Award in Management
5 half-day workshops, 4 web-enabled sessions and practical work over 16 weeks. (10 L5 Credits) 		Diploma in Management
6 full day plus 6 half day workshops, 11 web sessions and practical work over c.11 months. (45 L5 credits) A shortened course can be run for delegates with an ILM L5 Award
