CPD2 Ltd Workshop & Web Training Solutions provide innovative and practical approaches to management development, working directly with client organizations and through intermediaries such as training providers, Business Links and the Learning & Skills Council.




We focus on "hands on" first-line and middle manager training that combines the strengths of:

  • Face-to-face workshops to stimulate development and involvement.
  • Effective web-enabled knowledge transfer (in easy to use ebriefing formats) to encourage work-related activities and initiatives.

Our courses can be structured to meet specific client needs and also enable participants achieve professional business qualifications from internationally recognized institutes such as the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) – typically meeting requirements for NVQ levels 3 and 4 (NQF Level 5) with both Introductory & Full Certificates/Diplomas.

Workshop & Web management training improves learning effectiveness by use integrated mixes of face-to-face workshops plus web-based training accessed from work and/or home – within the course structure delegates take control to learn when they want and at the pace that is right for them.

  • Enabling Workshop groups (typically 10 participants) to focus on the "why and how" of performance improvement. They work as teams on real situations, typically in half-day sessions - without having to spend extended time away from the workplace on 2/3 day training courses or attending a lengthy sequence of one day sessions.
  • Preparing delegates before each Web-based session, so that individuals can learn at their own pace, choose when and where to study and retain close links to the real world through practical exercises. They have support from tutors/other group members and enter their next workshop recognizing key issues and ready to be involved in live discussion and activities.
  • Stimulating positive awareness of the benefits of lifetime learning by providing continued access to our library of relevant web-based management training resources.
